Please be aware that, due to the rare, delicate and pre-loved nature of vintage items, Desir Archive does not offer discretionary returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final except where a customer has statutory rights to cancel or where an item is faulty or materially misdescribed.

All items we sell are vintage and pre-loved unless otherwise stated. They may show signs of age, wear, repair, fading or variation. Each item is photographed and described as accurately as possible, so please carefully review all images, measurements and item descriptions before making your purchase.

Please ensure you check sizing and measurements carefully. If you require further photographs, measurements or condition information before purchasing, please contact us at hellodesirarchive@gmail.com.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will always seek to resolve genuine issues fairly.

For eligible online cancellations, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must then be returned within 14 days, in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging, and sent using a tracked and insured service appropriate to the item’s full value. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description.
